By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Application & Use

  1. Technical Guidance: Our products (adhesives, grouts, and waterproofing) must be applied following the technical data sheets and industry standards.
  2. Disclaimer: Tilebond Ocean is not liable for product failure due to improper surface preparation, incorrect mixing ratios, or application by unskilled labor. We recommend a patch test before full application.

2. Orders & Pricing

  1. Accuracy: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if a product is listed incorrectly.
  2. Bulk Orders: Quotes for bulk or project-based orders are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in chemical raw material costs.

3. Payments & Taxes

  1. Payments must be made in full before dispatch. Prices are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.

4. Delivery & Risk

  1. Ownership: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified site.
  2. Unloading: The customer is responsible for providing adequate labor/equipment for unloading heavy bags or drums. Delivery is restricted to ground-level/curbside access.

5. Returns & Quality Claims

  1. Batch Variation: Slight color variations in tile grouts are normal between different manufacturing batches. Please ensure you order sufficient quantities from the same batch for a single project.
  2. Returns: Due to the shelf-life and chemical nature of the products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. Opened bags or containers cannot be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tilebond Ocean’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product that caused the issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as labor costs or project delays).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala
