Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Tilebond Ocean for your construction needs. We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing

  1. Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  2. Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Packaging & Handling

  1. Adhesives: Shipped in moisture-resistant industrial bags. For large quantities, products are palletized and shrink-wrapped.
  2. Epoxy & Liquids: Our 3-component epoxy kits and liquid waterproofing products are packed in leak-proof, secondary containment packaging to prevent transit damage.
  3. Storage Warning: Please ensure a dry, shaded storage area is ready upon delivery to maintain product shelf life.

Inspection & Claims

Due to the nature of construction materials, we require a mandatory inspection at the time of delivery.

  1. Damaged Goods: If you notice leaks in liquid containers or torn adhesive bags, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Reporting Window: Any discrepancies in quantity or visible damage must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence.

Delivery Restrictions

  1. Site Accessibility: For heavy deliveries, customers must ensure the delivery site is accessible to heavy vehicles (trucks).
  2. Unloading: Unless otherwise specified, unloading is the responsibility of the customer.
